2. To lose weight fast you must not only eat the correct foods, you must have the right kind of exercise program to compliment what you are doing. You should focus on cardio exercise to get the greatest amount of weight loss and body fat reduction. Great exercise options are swimming, bicycling, tennis basketball. These options will speed up your metabolism and strip off fat quickly when done on a consistent basis.
3 Work the whole body upper and lower. This will get your whole body burning fat and losing weight. Do not depend on ab belts or diet pills as most are not nearly effective as cardio.
