Weird ways to lose weight that actually work!

Okay, so you have tried everything under the sun to lose weight. But, some how, its just not happening. Your not getting the results you are after. That stubborn belly fat is not going anywhere. Well, I have some unconventional ideas for you to help you lose weight.

They may seem weird, but trust me, they work.

Drink grape-fruit juice: You need to consume about 1 glass of grapefruit juice or eat one grapefruit everyday somewhere between breakfast and lunch. Why? Well grape fruit contains some plant chemicals that have a very good effect on your blood sugar levels. They help you keep control over your insulin and thus help get rid of the belly fat.

Self Hypnosis: This is a odd one. But it is known to show results. Basically, it is for people who have a hard time sticking to their diet and exercise program. You direct access to your subconscious mind and program it to do all the things that you need to do to reach your weight loss goals. Eating Eggs For Breakfast: It has been proved though studies that eggs are the perfect breakfast even from the losing weight point of view. They keep you more full throughout the day and prevent you from overeating at luch-time. This itself has a huge effect on the total calories you intake.

Honey & Cinnamon: The method to use is, mix one teaspoon of honey with one teaspoon of cinnamon and add it to boiling water. Consume two cups of this twice a day. Cinnamon, like grape fruit juice has a very nice effect on reducing blood sugar levels and kelps keep a check on insulin levels in the body. Doing this aloe could help you lose an extra 5 pounds a month.

Drink Plenty Of Water:
Studies have showed that people who consume 2 glasses of water 20 minutes before lunch, have a tendency to not over eat. They actually consume about 75 calories less on an average per meal. 75 calories does not seem like much, but it can add up over time.

THE BIGGEST TIP: I have seem people do this all the time. They will work hard at the gym, follow a diet strictly for a few days and then treat themselves to a nice cake, brownie etc. That just nullifies all the effort you put in the last few days. If you have a tendency to do this, don’t. You are just wasting your time and effort. You will not get any results. Think about this, eating one brownie will nullify 1 hour on the treadmill. Now, do you want to eat a brownie any more?
